Prayer
Sometimes I think we, as children of our Father God, forget how much power we have to make a difference. I know I forget sometimes how prayer changes things.Paul writes:-
“I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened that you may know - - - - His incomparable great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of His mighty strength which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms.” Ephesians 1. 18-20.
Jesus is seated at the right hand of God and everything in the universe is held together by Him.
“He is before all things and in Him all things hold together. And He is the head of the body, the church, He is the beginning and the first born from the dead, so that in everything He might have the supremacy.” Col. 17 & 18.
We are seated with Christ in the heavenly realms, in the place of power.
“And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus.” Ephesians 2. 6.
Let’s be “so heavenly minded that we are of great earthly use” Let’s pray large prayers , together or on our own, with real faith and expectation. There is a spiritual battle going on and we can make a difference.
